Scorpio Full Moon Rise

Out hunting for an illusive almost full moon

We searched far and wide

high and low

eventually we did witness a spectacular Scorpio full moon rise 

We watched it emerge over the Sangre de Christo Mountain

spreading a milky white wondrous light

while a reddish halo seemed to contain it's celestial body
