Comfort

During my 3 months stay,

as much on the side of my ailing Dad's bed as I could bear,

I found great comfort in living only minutes on foot,

from this gorgeous, crystal clear lake

with an awesome 180 degree view

to glaciers in the far distance.

This picturesque home was situated along the lake and path,

easily reached by bike and near my favorite spot 

to bath among the swans and ducks.

Up hill, an organic farm offered delicious honey ice cream

and real strawberries picked only hours prior,

red, ripe and ready to relish.
