Dancing Girl With Dog

We should consider every day lost
on which we have not danced at least once.

  1. I can't help it, when I see your pictures of dogs, with boy or girl or alone, I instantly thing "Abandoned".

They're not, are they? They're tied up awaiting their owner's return.

    1. Oh no Friko, this dog belonged to one of the musicians playing right across the boundary to the patio of this favorite local hang-out. His custodian was only an arms length away. The girl I believe just happened to be having dinner there and took it upon herself to entertain and look after this (and my dogs.) Isn't she just adorable! Friko I still can not comment on your thread although I can on others? I am very sorry for your loss and also meant and tried various times to comment on recent posts. Some of your recent photos have just been stunning.

    2. 5 1/2 year old girl dancing (note her feet) attending to a dog tethered to the outside of Second Street Brewery at the Railyard, my 'hood. The girl confided that she dances EVERY day and does NOT take classes. She made it her business to keep the dogs, the one tethered (not hers) as well as mine, happy and lavished her affection on them. Very sweet of her that she brought my Isabella-girl the water bowl. It did stress her out a bit though to have to watch over all these dogs. Isn't she adorable. I learned that she created a whole booklet of drawings for the band that was playing really fun Bluegrass kinda music. She must have done it in between listening and dancing to the music, eating dinner and attending to the dogs. The girl must really love dancing since she has two ballerinas painted on her cheeks, so cute. Tethering dogs is really illegal in our community, but it is done frequently and more so since dogs are once again allowed on select patios, which makes our City Different a whole lot more dog friendly.
