  3. Anders Breivik got diagnosed as insane, a paranoid schizophrenic with grandiose delusions (despite a rather unusual ability to plot for 10 years.) Breivik believed it to be his mission to deliver Norway from multiculturalism. He will be tried, but will be held in a psychiatric institution rather then go to prison. 11.29.11
